Terms of Service

The free call

Booking a discovery call is free and doesn't commit you to anything. We may move the time if we can't make it, and we'll tell you first. Please give accurate details: we text a code to the number you enter, and we use it to confirm and remind you about the call.

Prices

Our current prices are on the Services page in Philippine pesos. A quote or proposal we send you holds for the period stated in it.

Working terms

• Revisions: 2 rounds included per creative. Additional revisions are ₱100 per round for pictures and ₱388 per round for videos.
• Turnaround: Pictures in 2–3 working days. Videos in 3–5 working days. Web projects per agreed timeline.
• Payment: 50% downpayment to start, 50% upon delivery. Subscriptions are paid in advance.
• Ad spend: Not included in any package.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

What we need from you

• Timely feedback and approvals, so we can keep to the agreed timeline.
• Access to the pages, ad accounts and tools we'll manage, and a payment method on your ad accounts for ad spend.
• The right to use any logos, photos, music and other material you give us. You're responsible for it.

Ownership

Once paid in full, the final creatives, copy and designs we make for you are yours to use. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Templates, tools and systems we built beforehand, and the know-how behind our work, stay ours; for a system or web app, your proposal sets out the license.

Results

We work to improve your reach, leads and sales, but we can't promise specific results: platforms like Facebook, TikTok and Google decide who sees ads and change their rules without notice. Ad accounts are also subject to those platforms' own policies.

Subscriptions and cancelling

Monthly services renew each month, paid in advance. You can stop renewal for the next month by telling us before it starts; the current paid month runs to its end. Any minimum term or notice period in your proposal applies instead.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, or for outages and decisions of third-party platforms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the service in question in the three months before it.
