Privacy Notice
Last updated October 2, 2026
Opti Digital Marketing Solution (“Opti Digital”, “we”) is a digital marketing agency in the Philippines. This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website and our services, why, and what you can do about it, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.
What we collect
- When you book a call: your name, business name, work email, mobile number, team size, the service you're interested in, your preferred date and time, and anything you write in the message box.
- To confirm your mobile number: we text you a 6-digit code. We keep only a scrambled (hashed) copy of it, never the code itself, and delete it once used or within a day. We also note the IP address of the request, only to limit how many codes can be sent.
- When you're our client: contact details for you and your team, project files and messages you share with us, invoices and payment records, and sign-in details for the client portal (your password is stored scrambled).
- Texts we send: a record of each SMS (number, message, and whether it was delivered), and whether you've asked us to stop.
- Website analytics, only if you accept cookies: pages visited, the device and browser used, and which ad or link brought you here, through Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.
Why we use it
- To reply to your booking, schedule the call, and send you a confirmation and reminder by SMS.
- To confirm the number is yours and keep spam and fake bookings out.
- To deliver the services you hire us for, bill you, and keep the records the law requires.
- To send you occasional promotions by SMS. Every promo text says how to stop, and you can stop at any time (see below).
- With your consent, to understand how the website is used and measure our own ads.
We rely on your consent, on steps needed before or under a contract with you, on our legal obligations (such as tax records), and on our legitimate interest in keeping our systems secure.
Who we share it with
We don't sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that run parts of our systems for us:
- Supabase: database and file storage.
- Vercel: website and application hosting.
- UniSMS: delivers our text messages in the Philippines.
- Google and Meta: website analytics and ad measurement, only if you accept cookies.
Some of these providers store data outside the Philippines. We use providers that protect it with encryption and access controls, and we share only what each one needs. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Booking details: while we're in touch, and up to two years after our last contact unless you become a client.
- Client and billing records: for as long as our contract runs and tax and accounting rules require after it.
- SMS codes: until used, and never more than a day.
- Analytics data: as set in Google Analytics and Meta, which keep it for a limited period.
Stopping our texts
Message us on Facebook or tell anyone on our team, and we'll add your number to our stop list. You won't get promotional texts from us again. We may still text you about a booking or meeting you set up with us.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you can:
- be told how your data is used (this notice);
- see a copy of the data we hold about you;
- have it corrected if it's wrong;
- object to its use, or withdraw consent you gave;
- ask us to delete or block it, unless we must keep it by law;
- get it in a format you can take elsewhere;
- claim damages if it's misused; and
- complain to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.
To use any of these, message us on Facebook. We'll confirm it's you and reply within 15 working days.
Cookies
We use a cookie to keep staff and clients signed in. That one is needed for the site to work. Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) load only after you choose “Accept”. You can change your choice any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
How we protect it
Connections to this site are encrypted. Passwords and SMS codes are stored scrambled. Our team can see only the parts of the system their role needs, and every change is logged.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal data, we'll update this page and the date at the top. See also our Terms of Service.
